Pros:The desk clerks were very friendly and said to ask if we needed any help. Breakfast buffet had options. Room with 2 queen sized beds was spacious. Location is near a grocery store, gas station, large chain and regional restaurants. Although, as long as you know that the hotel is kind of tucked away behind the shopping center, specifically behind the Home Depot, you'll have no problem finding it. I suggest better signs. Show Cons:Our room (room 110 ) had a very loud air conditioner! I would bet anything its been mentioned before and ignored, otherwise management or housekeeping would have noticed the absurd noise level and it would have been fixed. I didn't call the front desk because it was too late to send someone in to fix it, and we just came back to the room and changed for bed. I wasn't repacking or moving. We also had a few ants in our room. On the desk, in the end table, and dressers. I did make sure to tell the desk clerk when we checked out. But he just said he would tell his building engineer while he printed my receipt at the same time, and handed it to me. No attempt to offer any compensation. We will be going to Nashville, TN several times a year for the next several years, due to our son in college there. May have to check out the competition in that area. A bit difficult to find but otherwise it's a nice place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a really good breakfast selection. We took a shower since we flew and the shower didnt have a guard on the door and flooded the floor, so there went our towels. Then we didnt have a TV remote, and they moved us. Fine. Fridge wasnt plugged in but we did so because we had perishable food. The bed felt like concrete.
