The tv in my room didn’t work and staff wouldnt help. I had 6 kids in a room for 2 days without a working tv. The slides at the water park werent open although I confirmed they were before we booked. The staff is extremely rude.

Our shower didnt have pressure with warm water, only with cold water. We go to this hotel for the pool, and the slide isnt operational. The staff failed to notify us the slide wasnt working when we checked in.

The two big slides were not working and no communication with customers or website were updated. The arcade had games that were broken and took money from our cards without letting the children play, no refunds. Closed down arcade rewards center before it was suppose too. TV wouldn't work in bedroom and was told maintenance went home and front desk didn't even wanna figure it out, said, "sorry wish I could help!" The restaurant had staff that was snippy & unfriendly. Hot tub was like warm bath with no jets working. Lifeguards were also snippy. All in all it wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible. Wish we would've known about the slides as that's the only reason why we booked a place like that otherwise we would've went elsewhere.

We arrived, checked in and entered our room. Upon entering there was a terrible loud noise coming from the air conditioner/heater. They graciously transferred us to another room. When checking in we were not given the hours of the pool nor any bracelets so we had to go back and get bracelets for the next day as we arrived late Thursday night. There are no signs posted any where with the hours of the pool and the pool was unlocked so Friday around 10:00 I took my daughter swimming. After 10 minutes of being there I was greeted so rudely and threatened to be kicked out of the entire hotel for not knowing the pool was closed. The gates and everything were unlocked to enter the pool. The gentleman (not so gentle) screamed at me in front of my child and rudely terrified both of us that if we didn’t leave immediately we were going to be kicked out. My daughter was crying because the guy was screaming at me. Later that evening we went down to enjoy the pool. It wasn’t overly busy but kids were playing and trying to have a good time. After being there for 5 minutes the lifeguards were screaming at kids and making them terrified to enter the pool. If a kid accidentally got turned around while going down the slide you were kicked out. The lifeguards were on a power trip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! Every staff member was rude and the anxiety everyone in the pool felt, was sad. Families were trying to have fun but nobody could. Yelling at children is unacceptable.

I had a room that faced the pool area. The music from the pool area was still blaring when I tried to go to sleep. I asked the front desk staff when the music would be turned off and they said they didn’t know how to turn it off. When I asked for a different room they just said “you can hear it from any room”. No apology, no offer to help at all. No customer service skills at all.
