BlackRouge AirFit Velvet Tint Season 3 is all about autumn, fruit-inspired warm reds. This is still a mainly red collection, but with the red side toned down and stronger amber undertones in the shades. This review is for the shade A15 Sunny Jujube. Product Information:

BlackRouge Airfit Velvet Tints are obviously my HG tints, as I’m now reviewing season 3 tints! To recap, season 1 was a general exploration of reds in a spectrum, with a mix of warm, coo, and neutral reds. Season 2 was a further exploration into warm reds, specifically brick reds. Season 3 for me is more about amber reds, as these reds are also warm like season 2 reds, but come with the peachy and yellowish undertones that fruits come with. In terms of texture, season 3 has exactly the same feel as season 1 and season 2. Now, into season 3, I can still affirm that only the colors and fragrances were changed. The entire Blackrouge Airfit Velvet Tint series has a finish similar to that of pore eraser. You know that it’s there, but it doesn’t feel hot nor heavy in any way, and it’s truly matte but soft and flexible at the same time. I like the texture a lot because it blurs out cracks on my lips, and the product applies evenly, unlike traditional tints which tend to stain chapped skin more than soft skin (and thus producing uneven results). This is among the most comfortable tints I have ever encountered, and after falling in love with Season 1, it was definitely a good idea to invest in more of the tints from other seasons. All of BlackRouge’s Airfit Velvet Tints are very pigmented but very buildable. You can dot a little bit of product to get a little hint of color or build it up to the opacity of a lipstick. I also use these often with lip balms for added comfort, so I use this as a way to add fun to my lip balm. If I apply it really thinly, this will stay at full intensity for as long as I don’t eat nor drink. It will fade over a few hours, but it does leave a nice tint on the lips that can last throughout most of the day. If you want this to stay at full intensity all day long, you’d need to reapply every few hours or so. But if you’re fine with this fading to a nice tint on the lips, you need not reapply. If you like warm reds, but want something more on the red-orange side or yellow-orange undertones, you’ll surely love this release. Of course, if you’re also into the colors of fruits and autumn captured, you’ll love this season. This is warm, and though the yellow undertones have a bit of mismatch with my very pinkish skin, I still love these tints no matter what. ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– A warm brick red with yellowish undertones.
