1. You need to choose Apple menu, go to system preferences, then click Wallet and Apple Pay .

2. Click Add Card.

3. Enter your payment information.

Use a card on file: If you have a credit or debit card on file with Apple for making purchases from the iTunes Store or App Store, enter the security code when asked.

Add a new card: Position your card in front of your computer's camera so that it appears within the frame shown on the screen, then follow the onscreen instructions. Or click Enter Card Details Manually, then provide the requested information. Repeat for each card you want to use with Apple Pay.

Step 1:

When checking out from an online store, click Apple Pay. If you have more than one card on file with Apple, you can choose which card to use. You can also enter a new shipping address and contact information.

Step 2:

Place your finger on Touch ID to complete the purchase. If you have not set up Touch ID, you can tap the Pay button in the Touch Bar and enter your password. If your Mac doesn’t have a Touch Bar or you’re using a Mac with Apple silicon, you can double-tap Touch ID and enter your password.

Step 3:

If the lid on your Mac is closed, you can complete your purchase using Touch ID on your Magic Keyboard (available on some models), or on your iPhone or Apple Watch and a card associated with that device.

Step 4:

In order to view the transaction details on your Mac, choose Apple menu, go to System Preferences, then click Wallet and Apple Pay. Select a card, click Transactions, then select the tickbox beside “Show transaction notifications from”.

Step 1: You’ll see your cards listed on the left with the default card at the top. To change the default, use the drop-down box at the bottom of the window to pick the card you want.

Step 2: You should see your billing address listed for each card you select on the left. If you need to change this, select the Billing address drop-down menu to pick Enter new billing address.
