INGREDIENTS IN AIR FRYER FRIED RICE

This section explains what ingredients to use for this air fryer fried rice recipe. For full measurements and specific instructions see recipe card at the bottom of the post.

Cold rice - Choose leftover rice that's been in the refrigerator overnight. Cold leftover rice works best. If you use warm fresh rice, it will stick together and clump.

Egg - This is optional, especially if you are making this recipe vegan. Cooked scrambled egg is what we need here.

Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce - This is the main flavor for this dish. Make sure your soy sauce is gluten free.

Frozen Veggies - any blend of frozen veggies works here. I like carrots and corn. Peas, broccoli, and beans are delicious as well.

Oil - This helps the rice crisp up in the air fryer.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment below and I will get back to you.

One of the best parts about this recipe is that is is adaptable to fit anybody’s needs! Vegan? Simply omit the egg!

Meat lover? Add in some cooked (and leftover) chicken! You can simply make this fried rice exactly how you want it!

WHAT TO SERVE WITH AIR FRYER FRIED RICE:

Cripsy Tofu is a prefect protein packed addition to fried rice. Crispy Tofu is such a tasty dish and has great texture. You’ll love having this fried tofu as an addition to any stir fry or as a gluten-free option to eat on its own.

Sheet Pan Lemon Tofu is another vegan dish that everyone loves in my house.

I like to make Sweet Thai Chili Tofu when I'm craving something sweet and spicy.

Air Fryer Green Beans are a great side dish that pairs well with fried rice. It reminds me of the crispy green beans at Asian restaurants.
