Announced at the 2019 iPhone launch event, the new iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max offer faster processors, pro-grade triple rear camera setup, in-phone video editing suite through iOS 13, Super Retina XDR  display (up to 1,200 nits brightness), spatial audio and a tougher build among other updates. At its core to enable new experiences and capabilities, the new iPhones now come with an Apple-designed A13 Bionic chip, which is now the industry's fastest mobile CPU and GPU on a phone, manufactured using an advanced 7nm process technology and now cramming a whopping 8.5 billion transistors. A good portion of the chip's new logic is dedicated to the neural processing engine that's geared towards machine learning capabilities that will help the phones better adapt to new use-case scenarios, apps and more.

The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max phones are available for pre-order from 13th September, 8pm. It will be available in retail from 20th September. 4 colours are available - Silver, Space Grey, Gold and a new Midnight Green finish. Their pricing is as follows:-

Apple iPhone 11

Apple also introduced the iPhone 11, the spiritual successor to last year's iPhone XR. Much like the flagship iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max, the regular iPhone 11 features an additional ultra-wide camera for a total of two lenses.

Similar to the iPhone XR before it, the iPhone 11 ditches the telephoto zoom lens, and it uses a  Liquid Retina display (a wide color gamut True Tone LCD screen) instead of an OLED panel on the iPhone 11 Pro models. Prices for the new iPhone 11 have been released through Apple's site, with StarHub the only Singaporean telco to also release pricing at the time of writing.

Pre-orders for the phone will kick off at 8pm on September 13, with the phone available a week later on September 20.

Three iPhone 11 models were unveiled by Apple on Tuesday.

All three models have a choice of three storage options: 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.

The standard iPhone 11 will feature a 6.1-inch LED Retina display, an A13 Bionic processor, and a pair of 12 megapixel cameras on its back.

The smallest 64GB storage option for the iPhone 11 will cost SG$1150, the cost of the 128GB will be SG$1220, and the price of a 256GB iPhone 11 is set at SG$1390.

The 11 Pro and Pro Max also feature an A13 chip, but have a trio of 12 megapixel cameras on the back, as well as a 12 megapixel front facing camera. The 11 Pro has a 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR display, while the Max Pro has a 6.5-inch version of the same panel.

The cost of the 64GB iPhone 11 Pro will be SG$1650, the 256GB option is priced at SG$1890, and the 512GB iPhone 11 Pro is priced at SG$2200.

For the iPhone 11 Pro Max, the price is an extra SG$150 on top of the 11 Pro pricing.

With the Pro Max devices, the 64GB iPhone 11 Pro Max will cost SG$1800, 256GB of storage will be SG$2040, and the 512GB version tops out at SG$2350.

Singtel

Singtel is offering the iPhone 11 models across 7 mobile plans, all of which last for 24 months.

The 2GB per month combo plan is SG$43 a month, 3GB is SG$69 a month, 6GB is SG$96 a month, and the 12GB plan is SG$240 a month.

On its XO plans which have higher data and limited talk minutes and SMS messages, SG$48 a month will get 5GB of standard data, 30GB standard will cost SG$78, and 50GB will cost SG$108 each month. The XO plans currently offer an extra 5GB for XO 48, 10GB on XO 78, and 20GB on XO 108 respectively.

StarHub

StarHub is offering the iPhone 11 models through either a one-off payment, or through a series of installments over 24 months. When signing up for an iPhone 11, customers will also need to sign up to a two-year plan.

The SG$50 a month plan has 5GB of data and 100 outgoing local minutes; the SG$75 plan has 30GB and 300 outgoing local minutes attached to it; the SG$105 a month plan gets 60GB of included data and 500 outgoing local minutes; and the top-tier SG$238 a month plan comes with 100GB of data and 10,000 outgoing local minutes.

How to Buy iPhone 11. The iPhone 11 is available from the Apple online store, Apple retail locations, and third-party retailers. The iPhone 11 is priced starting at $499 for the 64GB model and there's also a 128GB model for $549, but a previous 256GB model has been discontinued.

Is iPhone 11 Pro still worth?
