I have been a customer with Ollo Card for quite some time now
on-time payments never missing a payment always perfect credit history with them. The last payment that apparently was made there were some kind of mishap with my other bank for the payment to go through. I was never notified of this payment being rejected. They ended up blocking my account for five days and because of the holiday ended up to be six days. I had automatic payments due on other accounts that were due to come out and now I’ve missed all those payments so they really screwed me over

I use the card to purchase a transmission from a company that never replaced my old transmission. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership and provided proof of this and I disputed the charge and was denied. If I have proof and documentation from the car dealership that I didn't get a new transmission, what else do you want. I will be moving forward

Got this card in March 2022 to help build up credit score. Have not used it yet. On 10/29/2022 I received a letter dated September 27, saying that due to an account review done on October 12th, my account was being closed due to not being used in over 6 months. How did they do an account review on October 12th and go back in time to send a letter on September 27th? Someone isn't very good at their job. A heads up would have been nice. If I knew they'd

Judging by a lot of the other reviews I read, I'm sort of glad I didn't use it now, as they sound like a nightmare to deal with (like CreditOne was for me... total nightmare). listening to me AT ALL! Kept telling me to return the merchandise when I never received any merchandise! It was for a service I never signed on for! Beware... They are raising interest rates. Using the excuse that the Federal Government has mandated the increase. I was a fixed rate of 26% with no
late payments and they raised rate each month from July until its now 29.99%. I keep getting run around from Customer Service. They are saying its the Government and now my card is a Variable Rate but none of my other cards are doing this. I will be contacting the BBB who knows if that will help but this seems very shady to me. You have been warned do not open this card it will cost you more than you expect. I agree with earlier posts. They can't get anything right. I had a fraud claim CLOSED and they still never gave me the credit. I have called 6 times to get this credit. They even sent a letter saying it was closed and approved and the credit posted to my account. Nope it didnt. I've talked to 5 different people that say they will handle it and they never do. DO NOT get an Ollo card! Card paid in full in MAY. Fraud charge on 7/7/22. Card cancelled
and replaced. Fraud charges reversed on 7/25/22 when bill was due on 8/14/22. No other transactions since card was paid in full and late fees and interest was charged in August and September. 30 days Delinquent reported on my credit in September. Dispute the incorrect reporting and it is properly updated on 2 out of the 3 credit bureaus. Was told I was sent a letter stating the late fees and interest was from fraud charge never got a letter. Shady as can be and has been giving my girlfriend the run around. Call center is outsourced and they can’t answer any questions w/o consulting their script. Meaning if they can’t answer then you have to call back and then more run around.

Off to a not so good start. Ollo advertised a 0% balance transfer only to receive the card and be informed that the card does not qualify for a balance transfer at all. I shared my disappointment with their customer service representative who was rather nonchalant about my complaint and she transferred me to their supervisor who was equally nonchalant. At first the card starting out good. After having this card for 16 months I made a payment on the
15th of July it posted. My min. payment never came off & said again I owe $27. So I paid that! &still the min. amount isn't coming off?? They may be having web problems but that isn't my fault! At first very happy to get this card: I’m rebuilding my credit and they gave me a 1k limit with no annual fee and 1% cash back. Sounds great right? Well, problem is whenever I pay the bill, and I pay it several times a month,
my available credit doesn’t refresh for 7-10 days!!!! I called customer service and they give no satisfactory answers on why that is but I suspect it’s that they want to limit your ability to take advantage of the cash back benefit which is really sad. Like most people on here, my account was closed for inactivity with no warning. I found out through a notification from a credit monitoring app. Had they

They say that you are pre qualified even with poor credit. Lies. Credit score needs to be over 650. I'm trying to rebuild my credit so I don't need unnecessary inquiries on my reports. That's why I even bothered to apply with
