This is the best overall all-inclusive family vacation in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.

There’s a lot for everyone in the family to do and experience, including a great golf course, tennis courts, and an amazing pool to sit around.

It has very close access to the famous beaches of the area (this is a beachfront resort), and it’s located in a perfect cove that gives you a unique beach experience that most resorts can’t offer.

2. Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos

The Hyatt Ziva is a huge resort, it’s best for families with kids or teens but there’s still plenty of amenities for adults to enjoy here, too.

When the younger ones are spending time at the kids and teens club, you can check out one of the lounges, get some exercise in, explore, make some new friends, or just take it easy on the beautiful beach or by one of the awe-inspiring pools.

It’s well-situated to enjoy everything the beach and nature have to offer, while still being close enough to the downtown area should you wish to venture beyond the resort.

But if you want to stay right here, you won’t run out of sights to see or things to do within a stone’s throw of your room.

But it’s not all about the kids here, there’s a steakhouse that’s exclusively for those who are sixteen and older and want to enjoy a quieter dinner, and a second 16+ restaurant called LaFrida, with an elegant dress code and a gourmet menu (there’s a $30 surcharge for eating at LaFrida, but it’s definitely worth trying once.)

Don’t worry, there’s no shortage of places for the kids and the whole family to eat, too.

Upon check-in, you’ll enjoy special robes and slippers for your kids so they’ll feel just a special as they should, a beach kit, a welcome kit for kids, milk and cookies, and everything else this resort has to offer.

The pool area has plenty of room, perfect water, an incredible view of the beach, and cute little islands with trees and plants, connected by walking bridges.

5. Royal Solaris Los Cabos

The kids and teens clubs at Royal Solaris, not to mention the incredible water park with slides for all ages, are just a few of the reasons this place is so much fun for families.

Live entertainment (the shows will vary depending on when you’re there) is a great way to cap off a day spend poolside and on the beach, and they’ve separated the pools so people looking for fun and activities are in one pool, and people looking to relax are in another.

Everyone’s happy, and free to do what they want.

For food, there’s a delicious gourmet pizza restaurant, a sushi bar, oriental cuisine, and a number of more upscale dining options on-site.

6. Dreams Los Cabos Golf Resort & Spa

Kid-friendly and perfect for family vacations, this Dreams property has it all.

Some resorts have golf, others don’t, at the end of the day if there’s a golfer in your party it’s a no-brainier.

If nobody plays golf, you can still stay here of course, and if you do have a golfer with you, you should definitely stay here (or at another resort that offers golf, at least.)

Having a course right at the resort is great, and there are others nearby as well, so this can be a full-fledged golfing vacation.

Bring the kids along (At least for one game) and share your passion with them, or keep them busy doing any of the many actives that are just for kids here, like playing at the kids club.

9. Montecristo Estates Luxury Villas

If you’re travelling with a big family, the luxury villas are a great option at this kid-friendly resort.

Head out on the waters on a boat trip, go ziplining, experience an amazing spa treatment, go snorkeling, or just relax in a lounge until it’s time for a gourmet dinner.

The views of the Baja California Peninsula are just breathtaking.

You feel like royalty up here.

Villas are equipped with their own infinity pools, have three bedrooms, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, and access to bars and restaurants at nearby resorts by Pueblo Bonito.

You can access the signature Jack Nicklaus course, if you like golf, or just hang out by the pool.

The nice thing about these villas is that you’ll have much more privacy than you will in a regular resort, it’s like your own area to retreat to.

This is a high-end and luxurious resort that’s located on a private crescent cove, it gives you a different view and experience than some of the other resorts.

You’re surrounded by gorgeous old trees and beautiful gardening.

Plant lovers will be in awe of the lush greenery, and everyone will be in awe of the level of service here.

They go to great lengths to have your family’s trip perfect, including having a special lounge for families with a concierge service.

12. Hotel Riu Santa Fe

This kid-friendly resort launched a major extension in 2018, so there’s never been a better time to check it out.

There’s a water park for the kids, free gym for the adults, a sauna, whirlpools, steam baths to enjoy after a dip in the pool, a club area for kids, and so much more.

It’s worth pointing out that this is a more budget-friendly resort.

If world-class dining, for example, is one of your requirements, you’ll want to look higher up on this list.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, but they’re not as refreshed as some of the newer resorts.

Riu offers good value for the money, but it’s not up to the same level of luxury as other options in the area.

If your main focus is spending time by the beach, this is a great place to make that happen.
