I’ve purchased them from Truffle Brothers before but they’re kinda far and I know Eataly sells them but that’s even further. Does anyone know where I can get them in the NELA area?

Try Nicoles in South Pas. Also, Cookbook in Highland Park probably has Truffle Oil or Truffle Salt... MAYBE the truffle itself. Either way, give both a call. Also, Eatly is worth the trip when they have their annual truffle sale. Typically it's in January.

The newest west side Italian joint from chef Jackson Kalb and Melissa Saka is filled with southern Italian classics and a bevy of Roman favorites. For truffle season, the Ospi team has a menu filled with Alba white truffles, but the standout is the thin crust tonda-style Pizza Bianca with taleggio and fior di latte, topped with a Parmigiano Reggiano fonduta (creamy heaven), and enhanced with loads of white truffle shavings. Uovo
