I got a pair of raycon e25 pros a week or two ago. All of a sudden the charging case is acting weird. The lights are flashing green and won’t charge the earbuds. Should I return them? Posted April 10, 2021 Unless you've dropped them, submerged them in water, or done anything else that is likely to have damaged them and voided the warranty, then it's almost certainly a fault which you need to return them for.
Additionally, if I'd bought something like that and it came working initially and then started malfunctioning within just a few weeks like that, I'd be asking for a refund as opposed to a replacement and then buying something else elsewhere. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

By the way, my desktop is a docked laptop. Get over it, No seriously, I have an exterrnal monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet and cooling fans all connected. Using it feels no different to a desktop, it works for several hours if the power goes out, and disconnecting just a few cables gives me something I can take on the go. There's enough power for all games I play and it even copes with basic (and some not-so-basic) video editing. Give it a go - you might just love it.

Ok thanks. I will be returning them. But I’m considering just getting a replacement as I’ve had another pair for over a year that still work fine. I’ll give them one more chance before giving up on them. Because the headphones do have pretty good sound quality for $60 wireless earbuds. Link to commentShare on other sitesMore sharing options... It’s sad to say but I realized I’m stupid and that’s their way of saying to charge them. Not very intuitive to have them flash green when they need to be charged. How do I know if my raycon earbuds are charging? When charging the case the lights will blink red, then once it is fully charged, the light will change to a solid red. It's a little different with the earbuds which have their own LEDs as well. The earbuds will remain solid red while charging, and change to blue once the earbuds have been completely charged.
Why is only one of my earbuds not charging?Check Charging Case Battery Level
When one AirPod stops charging, the culprit is very often the Charging Case. Generally speaking, if its charge is less than 10%, then the case doesn't have enough juice to charge both AirPods.
