Three new tires, a new spare tire cover, new blinds for the very back window, the trailer can be hauled readily with a Chrysler Town and Country van. We are the second owners, and it has not been used by any smokers. the most recent trip was in June of this year, and there were no problems. It is a good trailer for any length trip. Added scissor jacks for easier set-up. 2013 Casita SPIRIT DELUXE 16$15,000 Ellicott City, Maryland Category Travel Trailers Length 16 Posted Over 1 Month Sadly, we must sell our Casita due to health issues. It is a 2013 16’ Casita Spirit Deluxe. It has been on three trips one Baltimore-Boston and two Baltimore-Gettysburg. It has a Reese weight distributing hitch and anti sway system. There are some very fine cracks in the fiberglass, and a missing rivet cap. Although the tread is good the tires and battery are original so these may need replacement. Other than that all systems were working on the last trip to Gettysburg in 2015. There is anti freeze in the gray and black water tanks. The fresh water tank has never been used as we always had a water hook up. This trailer weighs 2800 pounds and we towed it up hill at 70 mph with a 2004 Honda Odyssey with 3.8L V6. With the weight distribution and anti sway system we barely knew it was there. The only issue I have had with it is that the AC is not quite strong enough for a very hot and humid East Coast day. Includes the cover and wheel covers (not shown) and numerous accessories. I'm still researching what a fair price is for this little used 3 year old trailer.
