   I had been using cosmedix serum 16 and decided to give skinceuticals retinol 0.5 a try. I was not disappointed, the texture and clarity of my skin showed almost immediate improvement. I have started applying 3 nights a week and have had no dryness or irritation at all. I am in my 50's and would highly recommend.

4. Stepped up and loving it

   I started on the 0.3 skinceuticals retinol and was nervous - my skin isn't bullet-proof and I can get some sensitivity. To be clear - I took it SLOW. I started using this once a week (and continued to use the 0.3 in the meantime) and then built up slowly. Now I use it most nights and if my skin starts to feel too spicy I take a break for a day or two without any problems. Absorbs nicely.

   Good strength to start with, is gentle yet effective. I started with 1-2 times a week and feel its improved my overall skin texture. Quite pricey but one of the best retinols in the market

   I used this product after reading the reviews. First time retinol user was worried product would be too strong. Have used sparingly and loving the results! Skin is already brighter and tighter!

    This together with the Serum 10 AOX are my favourite skinceuticals products. I will be replacing them with the stronger formula in each when I’ve used them up. I have noticed the biggest change in my skin from any products ever used in only a matter of weeks.

    I purchased this thanks to the American dermatologists on TikTok haha.
    Prescription retinol is not a common practice in Australia. This product is a must have for anyone over 30. I have received so many compliments and I've only just started using it. I have sensitive and fair skin, I recommend 0.3 first, 2-3 times a week and work up from there as your skin gets used to it.

    I’ve tried a few retinol serums in the past. I have oily skin and adult acne. This retinol is one of my absolute favourites, it doesn’t breakout my skin (where others would give me more pimples) it’s strong but not too harsh and after 1 week using this product only twice a week, my skin is bright, clear and smoother.     This product definitely improved my overall complexion, however I didn’t ease my skin into it properly and ended up with very dry and red skin.     I purchased this after reading about retinol and the positive affects (I am only 21 but I like to get in early with my anti aging skin care!).
