The error message states:

//aka.ms/mcpsnhelp"
Now my problem is, that the error message is never shown on the website that was linked. I also created a whole new gmail account and a Microsoft account just to get this working. Of course, it still did not work. I have had Minecraft for a hella long time and recently lost the disc so I bought the digital version. Now I wasted money because I can't even play with my friends. Anyone got any information about this?
So yes, I messed up. I linked the wrong account from my Xbox Live to my Playstation within the first 12 hours of the update release.
Now, I was able to unlink accounts from the menu in-game under Settings, Profile, Unlink Account.
After doing so I able to attempt to link a new account (going through the process of entering the linking code and going to the //aka.ms/remoteconnect) but upon doing so I get a message saying, "'FAILED TO LOGIN' Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account, *insert tag here*.
The odd part is that when even if it fails on my console's end, it succeeds on my laptop's end meaning there might is a conflict with my PSN somewhere.
My question is, has anyone been able to figure this out already yet?
It's not my fault that I couldn't find my original tag from 8+years ago, only to now find it and not be able to link it.
(Or maybe it is...)
