Product Name:

Masía el Altet Extra Virgin Olive Oil - High Quality

Description:

High Quality is the first coupage created by Masía el Altet - an intense and complex extra virgin olive oil, slightly spicy and bitter at the same time.

A high quality olive oil must be complex, balanced and harmonious. Most importantly it must have a great personality. All this is conveyed in the first coupage, the Masía el Altet High Quality, created by the founder Jorge Petit.

This multiple award-winning olive oil is produced on the Petit family estate situated in the heart of the Sierra de Mariola and Font Roja Nature Reserves in the Alcoy mountains of Alicante province. Located more than 800 metres above sea level, the farm creates a special microclimate giving this extra virgin olive oil some unique and unmistakable characteristics.

Jorge Petit is certain that it takes an excellent olive oil to satisfy discerning palates - from olives that have been treated with love and care and are picked at the perfect moment of ripening. For Petit Sr. a key ‘ingredient’ is the passion shown by the Petit family in nurturing each and every one of the 14,000 olive trees on the Masía el Altet estate.

Masía el Altet High Quality is a limited edition oil. It is a favourite of French Chef Joël Robuchon, the world's most Michelin starred chef, currently holding 32 stars. This olive oil is served in his acclaimed Joël Robuchon restaurants worldwide.
