Halloween Costumes and Costume Accessories purchased between Oct 15 and Oct 31 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All costume purchases made during this period are final sale.
Lingerie, Hosiery, Swimwear, Face Masks, Clearance Items & items marked Final Sale are final sale. Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, they are ineligible for returns.
Eligible merchandise can be returned to Leg Avenue for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in original condition in which they were received (unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging).
We will issue a store credit or refund for eligible returned items, as well as associated state tax. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the error was on our end.
Yandy delivery times include processing, fulfillment, and shipping time. Processing and fulfillment typically take a few business days, but processing may take longer depending on the item(s) and fulfillment location(s). Also, different items in your order might originate from more than one fulfillment location and as a result may ship at different times. Regardless of the number of shipments, a single order is charged only one shipping fee. Actual shipping time will depend on the fulfillment center, delivery destination, and shipping method selected. Yandy will send you an email with tracking information when your order, or any portion of your order, is fulfilled to the shipping carrier.
Yandy offers four shipping methods within the conterminous United States (48 states):
Economy Shipping: Shipping time from fulfillment is normally 3-10 business days. Typical shipping modes are UPS SurePost, UPS Guaranteed Ground, or USPS ground. The cost is FREE when orders are over $80 (before discounts and taxes).
Standard Shipping: Shipping time from fulfillment is normally 3-10 business days. Typical shipping modes are UPS SurePost, UPS Guaranteed Ground, or USPS. The cost is $7.95.
Priority Shipping: Shipping time from fulfillment is normally 2-3 business days if ordered before 2pm EST. Typical shipping modes are USPS Priority mail or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping method. The cost is $12.95.
Expedited Shipping: Shipping time from fulfillment is normally 1 business day if ordered before 2pm EST. Typical shipping mode is UPS Next Day Intra. The Cost is $24.95 for orders under $150 USD and $29.95 for orders of $150 or more.

UPS does not ship and deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping time does not include weekends.
