If you enter a new password on a site, Chrome will ask to save it. To accept, click Save. If you saved your password to Chrome on a previous visit to a website, Chrome can help you sign in. Show, edit, delete, or export saved passwordsStart or stop saving passwordsBy default, Chrome offers to save your password. You can turn this option off or on at any time. Sign in to sites and apps automaticallyYou can automatically sign in to any sites and apps where you have saved your credentials using "Auto sign-in." When you turn on "Auto sign-in," you do not need to confirm your username and password. If you want to confirm your saved credentials when you sign in, you can turn off "Auto sign-in." Check your saved passwordsYou can check all your saved passwords at once to find out if they're exposed in a data breach or potentially weak and easy to guess. To check your saved passwords:

Manage password change alertsYou may get an alert from Chrome if you use a password and username combination that has been compromised in a data leak on a third party website or app. Compromised password and username combinations are unsafe because they’ve been published online. We recommend that you change any compromised passwords as soon as you can. You can follow the instructions in Chrome to change your password on the site where you’ve used that password, and check your saved passwords for any other site the password may be saved on. How Chrome saves and syncs passwordsHow Chrome saves your passwords depends on whether you want to store and use them across devices. When you're signed in to Chrome, you can save your passwords to your Google Account. Passwords can then be used on Chrome across your devices, and across some apps on your Android devices. Was this helpful? How can we improve it? Where are my passwords stored on my laptop?Go to the Content tab. Under AutoComplete, click on Settings. Click on Manage Passwords. This will then open Credential Manager where you can view your saved passwords.
Can I see my passwords on my laptop?On a computer:
Open Chrome. On the right side of the toolbar, click the circular Profile, then click Passwords. From there, you can view, delete, or export your saved passwords. View saved passwords: Click the eye icon to the right of each password to see it.
