Memory Mixes are a fun way to see collections of your old photos in a slideshow accompanied by fun and moody filters and music. We'll show you how to remove images from these automatically curated collections so you only see your favorite iPhone featured photos.

How to Edit Memories Images on Your iPhone 

While you can't add pictures to these automatically created Apple slideshow photo mixes, you can remove images you don't want to feature in your Memory Mix. For more iOS 15 tips, sign up for our free Tip of the Day newsletter. Here's how to edit featured photos on your iPhone Memory Mixes.

  1. Open the Photos app
     
  2. Tap the For You tab
     
  3. Select a photos mix under the Memories section. 
     
  4. Tap anywhere on the screen to view the edit options.
  5. Tap the More icon.
     
  6. Tap Manage Photos.
     
  7. Tap to deselect any photos you don’t want to include in the Memory Mix video.
  8. Tap Done.

Here's how to edit featured photos on your iPhone Memory Mixes..
Open the Photos app..
Tap the For You tab..
Select a photos mix under the Memories section..
Tap anywhere on the screen to view the edit options..
Tap the More icon..
Tap Manage Photos..
To add photos or stories to the Featured section:.
Tap. in the top right of Facebook, then tap your name..
Below See More About Yourself, tap. New..
Tap the photos or stories you'd like to add. You can select multiple photos and stories at one time..
At the bottom, tap Next..
Tap Save at the bottom..
It is automatically chosen by the recognition algorithm. But in case you don't like it, you can remove photos from the widget, which will ensure that they never show up on your home screen again.
