I'm a French native. "Je parle français" without the "l" is used almost all the time, although the other form is also correct. You can say "Parlez-vous anglais ?" or just "Vous parlez anglais ?" (without inverting verb and subject), which will sound more colloquial and natural in most context - BTW There is a space before "?" in French jungleboy IIRC, if the verb is 'parler', then you just use 'français' (or 'anglais') without the article.
