The room is spacious for 6 people. Staff provides what we need promptly. The neighborhood is quiet. There are some nice liquor/convenient stores within walking distance. Pizza's great at Mike's. There are 2 things I will give less than 5 stars, the food and security. I did not like how food are individually wrapped because I spent about 8-10 minutes warming up food for the whole family and I don't want to hold up the line. Also, anyone can go in in the hotel because their elevators don't have the elevator access control system that other hotels have. Other than that, I enjoyed staying at Home2 Suites and I told my family we will be coming back. Thanks guys!

The property was nice and had a nice kitchenette. After we arrive the front desk agent told us there was no stovetop, when I purchased the suite it advertised a full kitchen.

The property was convenient, clean, and very nice. We were even able to find street parking because the parking situation in NYC is extremely challenging.

The parking was not great and no explanation as to why keys needed to be left at the front desk and found my car was moved, that should be something that is explained at check in. Handicap accommodation was excellent. Great breakfast sandwich selections.

There was only one elevator operating for our first two stays, we were on the 5th floor and had to wait & wait to get down in the mornings due to checkouts filling the only operating elevator. The rooms were nice but very crowded for even 2 people. Nightly noise every night. sounded like deliveries or what ever they were doing outside. And inside the walls were paper thin awaken by the people next door, sounded like they were banging on the walls.
