  The man who drove the airport shuttle was so nice. I wish I could remember his name, but he was working on the night of Sept 16th (Thursday) and should be promoted. He was a perfect customer service person. Also, the people at the desk were very, very nice - checked us in quickly and answered all our questions. I loved having a computer and printer to use also - thank you!!

  It would have been nice to have a little complimentary breakfast, but at the price we had to pay - I think we got a great value for the money!

  Very good value for money, especially with Secret Deal offer that we received from Booked.net

  We've missed our flight to Miami and got stuck for 2 days in Atlanta. We got to the hotel in the middle of the night only because some other hotel's shuttle bus driver felt pity for us. There was no Holiday Inn shuttle bus available at that time, no one was answering the phone in the hotel and the guy in the reception was not very nice.

  There weren't any eggs! For the price of stay there should've been some type of complimentary breakfast.

  I alerted staff early Saturday morning that I needed clean towels and washcloths,never received them. Later that afternoon I went to the front desk and made another request for towels again. Long story short I didn't get more towels until later that night after asking a third time!

  Staff was pleasant

  I reserved a room in advance and requested a room with a balcony. Upon arrival i was informed that there was no availability. No one informed me that my request could not be met. This is the reason I choose this hotel and was disappointed to find out when I arrived that they couldn't give me the room I requested. The room I was given didn't have a room service menu. The only reading material I found in the room was a Bible. I called the front desk to ask for one, and was transferred to the kitchen. The kitchen told me they would send one in 10-15 minutes or I could go to the front desk and ask for one. Dinner was ok, nothing to write home about. Overpriced...? Yes! Breakfast was ok. The toast came wrapped in plastic, so it wasn't really a toast. It was more like warm stale bread. $16.21 for 2 eggs, toast, bacon, hashbrown and a cup of coffee seems pricey. Staff was pleasant though... everyone greeted me with a smile.

  I loved the fact that it was close to the airport and the shuttle service that was provided!

  It took a minute to get checked in because there was only one person on duty during what would typically not be busy hours! I didn't check in until 1:00 am and even when I was leaving at 5:30 am it was still a lot of people waiting to be serviced!

  The staff was nice and tried to help

  I was given a handicap room and did not request it. The shower wet the whole bathroom floor so the room felled awful like mold. The carpet was smelly because of the water running from the shower

  The room was very comfortable and the location was near to airport as well as to a variety of restaurants. Also the staff was very helpful. A special thanks to Catera Smith who went above and beyond to assist us with parking while we were on vacation!!

  Very large room with comfortable bed. I loved the option of the "Soft" or "Firm" Pillows. I am a firm pillow person, which is nearly impossible to get at a hotel. Most have the soft feather pillows that give no support.

  As busy as the hotel was, while in our room it was quiet. Little to no outside noise. Room was excellent, bed was very comfortable.

  Parking was not the best. Charged $12.00 for parking each night and you had to circle the parking lot hoping to find a place to park.

  This hotel was a reasonable price for what I needed during an unexpected overnight at the Atlanta hotel due to cancelled and delayed flights. The free shuttle service was fast and on time and the bed was comfortable, which is really all I required that night.

  Not exactly a luxurious hotel, but you get what you pay for.
