If you are a basic Citi PremierMiles Mastercard Cardmember, retrieve your unique invitation code from Citi Mobile® App. Your unique invitation code will be availed within 10 working days after your Citi PremierMiles Mastercard is approved.

Thereafter, visit https://www.prioritypass.com/citipremiermiles to complete your registration. Upon successful registration, you will need to download the Priority Pass App on your mobile phone. Thereafter, you will be able to login to Priority Pass App to enjoy your complimentary airport lounge privileges.

2. What is my airport lounge visit entitlements on Digital Membership Card?

Citi PremierMiles Cardmember will be entitled to two airport lounge visit entitlements per calendar year. You will be given two airport lounge visit entitlements immediately upon successful registration of your Digital Membership Card.

3. What happens if I utilise more than two complimentary airport lounge visits in a calendar year?

If you utilized more than two airport lounge visits within a calendar year, excess visits will be charged to your Citi PremierMiles Mastercard account at US$32 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate).

4. I migrated from Citi PremierMiles Visa to Citi PremierMiles Mastercard. Will the Priority Pass membership associated with my Citi PremierMiles Visa Card be automatically transferred?

Upon migration from Citi PremierMiles Visa to Citi PremierMiles Mastercard, the Priority Pass Membership associated with your Citi PremierMiles Visa Card will be automatically terminated.

To register for a new membership for Priority Pass associated with your Citi PremierMiles Mastercard, please obtain your unique invitation code from Citi Mobile® App and complete the membership registration on this website – https://www.prioritypass.com/citipremiermiles.

5. Can I apply for a Priority Pass Membership if I am a supplementary Citi PremierMiles Cardmember?

Priority Pass Membership is on registration basis and is reserved for basic Citi PremierMiles Cardmember only. Supplementary Citi PremierMiles Cardmember who sign up for a Priority Pass membership using Citi PremierMiles Card privileges will be charged at US$32 per person per lounge visit (or at the prevailing rate) and US$99 for Priority Pass Membership.

You will need to create a new account for the Digital Membership Card associated with your Citi PremierMiles Mastercard as Priority Pass does not allow linkages between memberships.

8. Why is my airport lounge visits not immediately reflected under ‘Visit Used’ in my Account Dashboard?

Lounge visits may take up to 3-5 working days to reflect under ‘Visit Used’. Kindly click on ‘Visit History’ if you require additional information on usage.

9. Who is entitled to utilise the two complimentary airport lounge visits?

Each basic Citi PremierMiles Cardmember is entitled to two complimentary lounge visits per calendar year. Cardmembers have a choice to enjoy either (i) 2 separate member visits, or (ii) 1 concurrent member & guest visit.

10. Can I visit the airport lounge again after utilising the two complimentary airport lounge visits?

Priority Pass membership is on application basis and is reserved for the Principal cardmember only, limited to 2 complimentary visits per calendar year. Every accompanying guest will be considered as 1 visit. Thereafter, US$32 per person per visit (or at the prevailing rate) will be charged to the Citi PremierMiles Card account.

11. How do I access my Priority Pass Digital Membership Card?

To view your Digital Membership Card, please login to your account via Priority Pass App or website by entering the username and password that you created during your membership registration.

12. How can I retrieve my username and/or password?

Click on “Forgot your details?” in the login page and provide the information as requested.

13. Where can I find the list of airport lounges and if the lounge accepts the Digital Membership Card?
