The room and bathroom were clean…and the price was right…that's a plus. However no one at the desk when we arrived….waited a good 15 minutes before we were acknowledged…even after announcing ourselves several times. Although breakfast was to be served till 9:30….no food left at all…nothing but dry cereal…no milk at 9:00 and no one available to speak to. The elevator wall was flopping and the refrigerator cabinet door was hanging off.

Manager and Staff are very aware of a plumbing issue but still rent out the rooms. Multiple rooms lost water pressure. Had to take showers with dripping water. Sometimes could not flush the toilet. Terrible!

First off I've stay at a Comfort Inn serval times and our stays have been great but this one was subpar at best first off our room was not dirty but not clean it had a little trash,spider webs, dusty and a couple of stains. Also our shower would loss water pressure to the point where we almost couldn't bathe. Beds were comfortable but I was not very pleased.

We had no water for the second day of our visit, when we went to the front desk to let them know we were simply told there was nothing they could do. They were booked up and could give us no resolution as to how we were supposed to shower and were told to call customer service. The lady at the front desk was very rude and not empathetic to the situation at all. We did call customer service but they were also u able to help find a resolution to our no water problem. The water did finally start working after midnight.

I've stayed at Comfort Inn all across the US. This location was totally unacceptable to the company name. As soon as you enter the carpets are worn and dirty. Our room wasn't even ready two hours after check in. We left in a hurry really a roach coach unbelievably gross. Stay away!
