  Love the choice of Wayne Knight to voice Evil Emperor Zurg. They should have gone even further and cast Jerry Seinfeld as Buzz, Jason Alexander as Booster, Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Mira, Michael Richards as XR, and Jerry Stiller as Commander Nebula.

  Surprisingly better than I remembered it. It’s funny, it’s goofy, the universe is both simplistic yet charming, the animation is wacky leading to some hilarious faces, it’s pretty fun for a Saturday morning cartoon pilot that didn’t need to be anything special and yet it was actually really entertaining. I remember the Star Wars-esque trailer for it and it’s probably the earliest I’ve ever been hyped for something. And then I actually watched it as a kid and was terrified of the whole mind control aspect and twist villain reveal. Like people you know can turn on you whether they know it or not, that shit fucked me up as a kid. But I still enjoyed it and I even still enjoy it now because wow did I have a good time. Wayne Knight is the best.

  Nadie me lleva a ver Lightyear así que tocó ver el spin-off del spin-off.
  No se porqué nunca la quise ver de niño y la imaginaba chafa, pero hasta Buzz tiene buen desarrollo cómo héroe junto al miedo a la pérdida y Zurg es top 10 villanos del anime.

  First time in 20 years or so and it's much better than I remember.

  I don't know if Disney+ has the series, but this movie kicks ass and I wanna see more of the series that followed, even if I'm not excited for the new series coming out. I feel like this was enough, especially since it was voiced by Tim Allen.

  This is a really great movie that often gets overlooked. It's only around 70 minutes and I'd recommend it to any Toy Story fan.
