They did do everything they could for my daughter. But I was not impressed by the employees just hanger out outside to smoke instead of working. And my daughter asked if they would replace the light bulb on her SUV that she just bought and had a bumper to bumper warranty and they refused to change it.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location. I had set up an appointment at the Shepherdsville branch, and ended up here After driving an hour. They were all very helpful. There service department was completely booked but with some calling around, they was able to work my car in. Thanks again
