The Cricket Refill Card is a single-use card. When you redeem the card, the total balance of the Refill Card is added to your Cricket account as a credit and then applied to your account. Any unused portion remains in your account as a credit.

The Cricket Refill Card currently comes in values of $10, $25, $35, $40, $50, and $60. You can redeem the Refill Card when you make a payment via:

• Quick Pay
• The myCricket app
• 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) or *PAY (*729) from your Cricket phone
  • Automated Phone System
  • Customer Support

How do I pay with a Cricket Refill Card?

For your convenience, we offer several ways to redeem your Cricket Refill Card:

Quick Pay Online

1. Select Quick Pay from the top of cricketwireless.com.
2. Enter your phone number. 
3. Select the blue arrow to the right of Cricket Refill Card.
4. Enter your Refill Card number.
5. Check the CAPTCHA box to confirm you are human.
6. Select Validate.
7. Review your secure payment information. If you are satisfied with your payment information, select Submit Payment. Otherwise, select Edit to change your payment amount, then Submit Payment.
8. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

What is the myCricket App?

1. Open the myCricket app and sign in.
2. Tap Payments at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap the Cricket Refill Card tab.
4. Enter your Cricket Refill Card Number and tap Validate. A screen will appear that displays the Refill Card payment amount.
5. Tap Submit Payment.
6. If you want to make an additional payment, tap Make Another Payment and select Cricket Refill Card.
7. You'll see a payment confirmation screen. Keep the confirmation number for your records. We'll also send a text to confirm your payment.

Note: In the app, you can't make a split payment using a Refill Card and a credit or debit card for the same transaction.

Automated Phone System

1. To access the payment system:
   • From your Cricket phone, dial *PAY (*729)
   • From a landline or non-Cricket phone, call 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538)
2. Follow the prompts to complete your Cricket Refill Card payment.

Customer Support

Contact us at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538), and a Customer Support representative will be happy to assist you with redeeming your Cricket Refill Card. Please note that there is a $4 fee when you make a payment with the help of a Cricket support representative.

Things to Keep in Mind

The Cricket Refill Card:

• Must be redeemed for the full amount of the card
• Is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable
• May be transferred, or given, to another person
• Is good for 12 months from the date of purchase
