  What are people saying about public transportation in New York, NY?

  This is a review for public transportation in New York, NY:

  "This bus company is DISGUSTING! I have no idea how they remain open the city should have them shut down. They don't follow any rules once so ever, the buses or dirty, filled with people eating and horrible smells always fish! The bathroom is HORRIBLE don't ever try to use it the door handle alone is sticky. This business is honestly going to get someone very sick or Jill someone. They closed the store front to buy tickets and sell them from the bus now, they also changed the hours and scheduling to whenever they want. I post a couple of pictures of my return bus yesterday afternoon, i will NEVER put myself in this situation ever again."
