Their experience with the hotel have been a good one in the past. When we checked in they assigned a room on the six floor when I walked into my room bedsheets were staying with something
yellow, bathrooms had mold in the shower, refrigerator was leaking water. I asked to be moved to a different room, when I arrived to a new room on the eighth floor the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and shower tiles, The refrigerator also was leaking water. The entire hotel had no hot water for two days. They claimed that it was because of the weather, but the water heater broke before the storm arrived. On the second day of no hot water I called the front desk to ask if they would find
options for the guest, The staff replied that the option would be for me to check out and find a different hotel. I will never be staying at this hotel. I do a lot of traveling and I have stayed in hotels in third world countries, it’s sad to say that B resort hotel is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed. wet, the room we got had a pull out couch, which not only was extremely old and looked/smelt like it hadn’t been been cleaned in years, but the pull out mattress part was broken. Furniture had stains and stunk, towels had stains even though they were “cleaned”, TV was broken, toilet constantly ran, had no hot water in the room one night, etc.. The front desk staff was very pleasant, but the staff everywhere else was subpar. We ate at the restaurant attached to the lobby and was not satisfied
with the service (we got a mimosa with lipstick stains on the glass). Overall, a very poor experience and will certainly not be staying here again. Was my favorite place to stay while
in Orlando. We traveled with friend this time and recommended this place. There was mold in our first room , it was dirty and looked like a motel room, just run down. Our friends room was disgustingly dirty. We got switched rooms. Our room was still a mess, our friends room had mold in the shower and the water spilled out while showering. Staff was rude mostly and not accommodating at all, nothing was done to at least try to fix it. No hot water for almost 2 days. Never staying there again.

entire stay, couch so old you couldn't even sit on it, restaurant ran out of food, on booking parking was not on the list of extra fee I was still charged cause they told me that Expedia bookings don't count. Booked for 5 nights, and had to check out on the third day due to smelling horribly like mold and making us sick. The manager on duty did not apologize or showed she cared,
the front desk worker showed more compassion. They refunded two unused nights and the resort fees. I asked for more of a refund due to being put in horrible conditions, and they agreed for an extra night. I have NOT received the additional refund, and they have ignored multiple outreach’s. The restaurant had great food and a great server. elevators took forever, the closet door in our room was broken, our bed sheet had some stains on them. The mattress for the pull out couch was extremely thin and horribly uncomfortable. It was unusable and more comfortable to sleep on the couch itself. The king mattress was very comfy as were the pillows. We found an old dried piece of food on our floor. There was chocolate smeared on the floor near the elevator and stayed there the entire 5 days we were there, so clearly the floors there’s are rarely cleaned. They have Disney shuttles to all parks that are free with lots of good times leaving the hotel. The sheet of paper they gave us stated return shuttles every half hour, but that was incorrect and they only came every hour. We ended up taking a Lyft back on day as my mom couldn’t stand to wait for the us for an hour at the pick up stop. Overall the stay wasn’t that bad, but definitely could have been improved by the hotel being cleaner, things in our room not being broken, if they pull out couch would have had a realistic mattress, and if they had the correct information about shuttle times. Easily walkable location to Disney springs was also nice. close to Disney. This hotel tries really hard to be swanky but is just dirty. From the lobby chairs, the rooms, the elevator... just dirty. I booked 2 rooms, one was not ready after 4 when we checked in so had to get another room, and were then not close to each other. Fridge didn't work (yes, was plugged in, yes, was turned on) Got put in an accessible room even though I didn't book one, so the tub had the bars, the shower head was too low for my 6ft husband, no counter space for my stuff...
Gate system is crazy and you pay for parking on top of the resort fees. All adds up pretty quick. Staff was super nice, that made up for quite a bit. Stayed 1 night in Sep 2022 |
