Public Swimming Pools In Singapore
Public Swimming Pools in Singapore typically consist of a Wading pool (~0.4m in depth), a Teaching pool (~0.9m in depth) and a 50m Competitive lap pool (varying depth of 1.2m to 1.8m). Both the wading and the teaching pool are family friendly, where most parents can stand comfortably while holding their child. The 50m lap pools are more for the sport enthusiast and advanced swimmers where they can swim continuously to clock thier swim mileage. Swimming lessons are also often conducted in the teaching pool and lap pool by NROC certified coaches.
Managed by Sport Singapore, our public swimming complexes have gone through major upgrades over the years. With land constraint problems in Singapore, the need of having an all-in-one sports facilities becomes ever more important. The key concept lies on allocating each sports facility on each level, similiar to a HDB flat. Thus, a 6 storey building was constructed.
Note: SAFRA staff / Safe Distancing Ambassadors will be deployed to ensure users adhere to safe management measures. SAFRA reserves the right to turn away users to avoid overcrowding within these facilities. Individuals who feel unwell should not visit our pools and are advised to seek medical attention.

Each SAFRA Club's swimming pool is uniquely designed to fit each club's theme and is free for all SAFRA members to use.
Swimming Pool @ Jurong
Half of the Training Pool will be closed for swimming courses on Fri from 3pm to 6pm, Sat from 9am to 12pm & 3pm to 6pm and Sun from 9am to 12pm.
3 lanes of the Lap Pool will be closed for swimming courses on Sat from 9am to 12pm & 3pm to 6pm and Sun from 9am to 12pm.

- Children below the age of 5 enjoy FREE entry into our pools.
- Concession rate applies to children above the age of 5 who are below the height of 140cm.
- Anyone above 140cm in height will have to pay Normal Guest rate.
Swimming Pool @ Mount Faber
Changes to swimming pool operating hours in May 2022.
Do note that swimming pool maintence will be shfited to Wed, 4 May 2022 from the usual Tue, 3 May 2022 due to Public Holiday (Hari Raya Puasa).
Changes to the operation hours as below:
Tue, 3 May 2022: 8am - 9.30pm
Wed, 4 May 2022: 11am - 9.30pm
3 lanes of the lap pool are closed for the FINS training classes.
Mon & Wed from 4pm to 6pm, Thu from 5pm to 7pm, Fri from 5pm to 8pm, Sat from 8am to 1pm & 3pm to 6pm, Sun from 9am to 12pm.
Members who wish to avoid queues, crowds, and congestion are encouraged to avoid visiting the swimming pool during these periods.

Dragonboat Training will be held at the Training Pool on Tue & Thu from 7pmto 9pm.
