I arrived
with my dog and that's not easy to do with no trolly offered and no help. Especially being pregnant. I arrived with my psychiatric service dog in training. He had his vest on and everything. The other front desk person asked if I had a dog, I said yes, then he charged me a pet fee even though he saw the vest. I struggle with PTSD and anxiety so it's hard for me to speak up sometimes so I just paid the fee. Everyone else on the property was lovely, the rooms were clean and the food was delicious.

old. My room door’s electric lock fail to open so I need to wait technician come to solve the problem and after that it happens again. Front desk staff not good.. I tried to extend my stay one more day. They have the same type of room available but they told me I will not be guaranteed to stay the same room which is wired. facilities The area around the hotel smells like urine and trash. The alley ways were filled with homeless, and the shelter for them is on the corner. Savannah has great qualities, but the willingness to allow for people to dirty it up is unbeleivable. The staff was very friendly. They have a variety of breakfast
items each day. The cleaning crew thoroughly cleans each room every day unless you request no cleaning during your stay. Hotel located in easy walking distance to shops and eating places. I hated we had to pay to park but that was the same as other hotels. Hotel and parking rates were up this year than last year. I would stay there again. Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2022 |
